Park Town Property specialises in identifying and promoting development land opportunities. We are actively looking for land and development acquisitions in Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties. We will buy land with or without planning consent or partner with the land owner to unlock the development potential of the site.

The majority of our projects are privately funded, often without the need for bank finance. To this end, we welcome investment from like minded individuals. Investment opportunities start from around £50,000 and we have projects of varying sizes and complexities.
