Hey, we’re Andy & Lauren,

the directors of Park Town Property. We’re an Oxfordshire based independent property investment and development business. We focus on uncovering opportunities that have great potential and utilise our experience and expertise to increase value. 

We’re an easy-going team with a good balance of an optimistic, practical and analytical approach towards our work. Our approach allows us to work closely and comfortably with our clients and investors to build an understanding of their ambitions and explore opportunities that could have been overlooked. We achieve this through property searches, design and planning consultancy, and development management. 

With a background in property investment and construction we’ve gained profound experience in dealing with planning processes; adding value through planning gains, then optimising the structuring and funding of projects through to practical completion.

The Timeline

2016

We started from a construction background, designing technical solutions for basements and underground structures, alongside some of the largest groundworks and specialist underpinning contractors in London and the South East.

2017

From here we began working with contractors and the overall design team, where we had particular involvement with architects and structural engineers.

2018

This led to the creation of Park Town Property, A company where we wanted to work and consult on our own project to create value for everyone involved.

2019 - 2020

Our first project 52 Arthray Road commenced, which was a 3 bedroom semi-detached property in need of  modernisation.  We identified the potential to extend the ground floor and convert the loft to create 2 x 2 bedroom flats.

2021 - 2022

More recently we’ve worked on a planning application. On a land to the rear of Wethered Drive we identified a planning gain opportunity. We improved the existing planning application from 2 x bungalows to 4 x 3 storey townhouses, achieving a gross development value of £2.5 million.
